As our technology offerings are growing so is our Revenue team. A central part of that team is our Customer Growth Executives. They are our farmers; Cultivating opportunities by identifying, nurturing and closing opportunities with our customers.

Our Customer Growth Executives see themselves as part of our customer’s team: they want to understand their priorities, help them address problems and look for opportunities to purpose any additional solutions. They form strategies on how to engage with customers on new solutions, keep meticulous notes in the CRM, make regular calls, send emails and reach out on other channels, shepherding our customers through the evaluation process when they see that one of our solutions can help them achieve a priority or solve a problem.

Job Responsibilities

What is the compensation package?

Our Customer Growth Executives receive a base salary and are paid commission on opportunities they have closed – won.

Our Customer Growth Executives also have Medical, Dental and Vision benefits as well as Paid Time Off.

As a driver of that growth, our Customer Growth Executives are in a unique position to help shape their career trajectory with us. That growth can be in Customer Success Management, New Sales, Sales Operations or Marketing.

As our technology offerings are growing so is our Revenue team. A central part of that team is our Full-cycle Sales Executives. They are our hunters; Out on the front lines- prospecting, evangelizing and closing opportunities for our suite of technology solutions.

Our Full-cycle Sales Executives own the life cycle of the sale from prospecting to opportunity management to close. They are the “CEO” of their own territory: determining who best to target, and forming a strategy on how to engage with them.

They call, email and reach out to the leads they find and conduct sits to discover their prospects’ priorities and problems and present the relevant solutions to them. They shepherd their opportunities through our sales process and their decision-making process and winning their business.

Throughout this process they keep the CRM up to date and keep track of their metrics so they can always find areas to improve.

Location: NYC Area

As our technology offerings are growing so is our Operations team. A central part of that team is our Field Technicians. They help service our local clients interact with the Vitralogy platform, review documentation, and more in an effort to foster client relations and build trust in our brand.

Our Field Technicians go on-site to visit our clients in their buildings. Whether they are performing water tests for our full-service clients or just meeting with the engineers to train them on the latest developments.

They work hand-in-hand with our Account Management and Operations teams. They are the people that our clients call when they have issues and the Field Technicians work with them to deliver excellent levels of customer service.

  • Performing on-site visits to clients to perform work or provide training
  • Maintain constant contact with the Account Management office
  • Occasionally visit the office to meet with and attend team meetings
  • Keep client relations positive and build relationships with client stakeholders
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations of any building site you visit

Joe McEvoy

Joe McEvoy is the Chief Technology Officer and driving force behind Vitralogy’s Research and Development. Joe holds a degree in BioChemistry and started his career in Genetic Analysis before being enchanted by the tech boom and eventually building a highly successful Systems Integration company. In 2016 Joe sold his company to join Vitralogy at its earliest stages. With a vast knowledge base and a year of in depth research with leading Legionella Compliance experts including the renowned Special Pathogens Laboratory; Joe has been instrumental in building the Vitralogy platform around the complex and time-sensitive requirements of the law.
